water spashes???

This is driving me crazy! On the left side of my body it feels like I have cold water running down my legs. Also it feels like my feet are wet. I get the same thing on my left arm and left eye. The eye thing feels like my eye is watering and water is coming out of it. It's so weird!! Does anyone else experience this???
