11 days late...What to think?

Hi everyone, I am new to this and hoping that you can give me some answers to my question. I had been on birth control for about 2 years and stopped using them in March 2011. I stopped in the middle of my pack and got my period a week before I would have gotten it if I was still using them. I know that after you stop using birth control your period could become irregular like it used to before going on birthcontrol. I was supposed to get my period on April 23, 2011 (like if I was on the pill), but I have still not gotten it and I am now 11 days late including today. I cramped and spotted on May 1st, but only as I wiped and only that one time, then it stopped. I am extremely bloated and have a metal taste in my mouth (like pennies) and have been sleepy. I usually have a hard time falling asleep at night so I nap during the day because I am so sleepy, but lately I have been falling asleep as soon as I hit the bed and still take a nap for a few hours during the day. I don't know if I am pregnant or if it is just my body getting used to me not being on the pill anymore. Can someone help ease my mind?
