35 week check up tommorrow, wondering why im always dizzy

Tommorrow is my check up! I am going to ask her why I feel so dizzy a lot during the day and in the middle of the night, even after drinking water, its like the whole room is spinning, just now i ate and the im so dizzy, even if I didn't eat I experience dizzy spells. I'm scared i might have high blood pressure issues since the last time I've been seen 2 weeks ago. Any ideas?

Could be low blood sugar, high blood pressure, allergies, anemic or just hormones and regular pregnancy dizziness. The best you can do is lie on your side and get up really slowly, avoid being on your feet too long, eat frequently, especially foods rich in iron, keep hydrated, get plenty of rest, wear loose clothing and avoid hot baths and showers. Can you open a window or get a fan circulating the air? That sometimes helps too.The pressure from your uterus on your blood vessels can cause dizziness too.
