5 weeks pregnant, weird ultrasound

Hello, I went for my ultrasound on Sept. 12th and was 5 weeks pregnant at the time. They found a gestational sac and a yolk sac but no fetal pole. They also found "mixed echoes in the subchorionic area". On the ultrasound report it said that this may represent implantation or a small hemorrhage. My hormone levels have been taken 4 times, and each time they always rise in what looks like a normal pregnancy. I haven't had any bleeding at all during the pregnancy, and have suffered nausea, but only vomited once. Should the results of this ultrasounds be worrisome? Do those "mixed echoes" mean that my baby may not be developing properly? I'm really, really worried.

Its still really early to really see much at that stage.  I would have a repeat ultrasound in a week or two.  But I wouldn't worry as long as u aren't  bleeding.  Good luck
