7 weeks bleeding after miscarrage(miscarriage)

hi, i had miscarrage (miscarriage) 7 weeks ago, i was 13 weeks pregnant(7 weeks according to foetus). my ist period came after 28 days, it was very week, quite normal period without any pain. after my period i started spotting, sometimes bleeding especially after intercourse. i still dont have any pain.I was diagnosed with policystics ovaries and endometriosis 2 years and i am seriosly worried about my fertility. has anyone experience similar after miscarrage (miscarriage)?? i had a scan but i have been told that they couldnt find anything, except that my lining of my uterus is quite rough.we want to start trying for baby again, i am am worried that something is not right and i will miscarry again. my GP put my on two diffrent antibiotics, as a prevention if there is any infection, without even looking at me. can i start trying for a baby even if iam still spotting??
please help.

I am sorry for your loss.  Of course, you should tell your doctor.  However, when I had my first miscarriage, they told me if I kept abnormally bleeding they would have to do a D & C, which they ended up doing.  Best of luck to you.
