About time for a 'roll call' to find out how everyone is : )

It has only been a week or 2 since the last one, but it got lost amongst the threads. There have been quite a few new members and some members who haven't posted for a while.

Does anyone mind doing another roll call here so we can keep up to speed on how everyone is doing?

I saw a great format on babycenter a few days ago, but i will only steal a few lines from it

I really hope this will help bring everyone up to speed and maybe enlighten us all to what has been happening in our little group. This has been such a wonderful source of support for so many and it is great to see "regulars" developing (myself included) and some veterans returning.

My thoughts are with all of the ladies who have recently miscarried. It is never easy, if someone tries to tell you it is they obviously haven't been in your shoes.

For all those TTC, relax : ) I know it is hard to do, but in time you will be blessed. Baby dust to all!!

For all those pregnant, congrats !! Add your due date to your info and if you know the sex, add that too. If you don't know, give your best guess.

And finally, one last word of advice. If you feel you are not being listened to by your doctor and are not getting the care you know you deserve, fire them. It is hard to do, but worth it in the long run. Who knows how long I would have kept my hopes up for a doomed pg if i hadn't fired mine in June. In this stage of our lives, we deserve only the best and brightest on our side!

Im due January 30th but Im sure ill be induced again. I had gestational diabetes , so Im dure I'll have it again. So my due date will be pushed up one week if that is the case. I will be trying to find natural ways to induce labor though, because induction was horrible. I hated the lack of freeom of movement I had.

Hi! My name is Shelley. I'm 29 and I'm from Barrie, Ontario (just about 45 minutes north of Toronto). I  was married on March 8th of this year and we conceived during our honeymoon. However, we lost our son on July 15th. I had to wait six weeks for my next cycle which started on the exact day of my check up with the doctor who said that we could start trying again. And now! I just did a pregnancy test this morning and saw a faint line! I still have to confirm with the doctor so I'm trying to keep myself calm. Best of luck to all!

Hey Y'all.  My name's Jolene Adams.  I live in Fredericton, New Brunswick, up by Main.  I'm 24, I'll be 25 in Feb. I have one son, a boy, his name is Coleten and he's 4.  My husband and I got married in June of 02.  He's not my son's father but he is the closest thing he's got in a way.
We started trying to have a baby in March of 02, and wernt sucessfull until the following May.  I lost at 7 weeks our 11 mth anniv actually, then found out I was pregnant again in July and I lost that one at 7 weeks, haven't had much luck getting past the 7 week mark.
My doctor put me on progestrone suppositories when i found out i was pregnant again, #4, I wanted to know more about them, like if there were side effects, or caused problems, so i found this websight, and it's helped me out a lot with some questions and concerns, and i hope that i have helped out some people with my experience. I have my first pre-nat. visit tomorrow, and where i'm from they wont tell you the sex, but i'll take either one as long as its healthy, but i would be lying if i said i didn't want a little girl, we have names picked out, Madison Mira Ann or Zackery Robert Reginald.  Good luck to all of you, and I'll let you know if i make it past 12 weeks!

My name is Vikki & I'm 29. Hubby & I just got married this past June when he returned from Afghanistan. I live in Missouri but he lives in North Carolina right now because of the military.
Everyone wants to know when we actually found the time to make baby but we did!!!!!! I'm 4 weeks, 1 day. The doctor confirmed it at 3 1/2 weeks when I went in for my annual exam. How unexpected that was since I wasn't even due to start for 4 more days.
I have a son that is almost 9 from my first marriage but this will be DH first. He is on cloud 9!!! He makes me read him stuff on the phone every night about the different months of pregnancy.
We were only TTC for about three months when it happen so we were very, very lucky.
The doctor estimated my due date for June 1st so that puts me right with a couple of the others on this board.
I only found this forum about a month and a half ago but it has been a wonderful thing........and the first thing I pull up when I sign onto the internet. I intend to continue visiting through my pregnancy and past. You all are wonderful and it's great to have someplace to go to ask questions and help others with theirs.
Congrats to those that are pregnant. :)

I am in my 25th week with our first baby.  We found out it is a boy and we are going to name him Jonathan Thomas.  Our estimated due date is January 6, 2004.  DH and I are very excited.  Since DH has started to feel Jonathan kick he gets more excited as the days pass.  They say that the further into pregnancy you get the more you just want the baby out because you are tired of being pregnant, but I want the baby out because I want to give him all of the love I feel for him that is sort of overpowering me right now.  I have just been laid off from my job, which stinks because now money is really tight around here, but I did apply for unemployment so that should help.  

I just want to say that this site has been a god send and I'm not sure that I could have made it thru the beginning of my pregnancy intact without you guys.  You have been such a great inspiration and a tremendous help to many people (including myself).  Most of the time I feel that my answers to many of your questions would not help as much as the answers that you guys have given me so I am reluctant to post responses most of the time.  I don't want to give anyone false information or let anyone down in any way.  That may be why many of you are not farmiliar with me, but I have been here since I found out that I was pregnant (around my 8th week).  I just hope that in some way or another I can help all of you as you have helped me.

Sorry that this post is so long, but I emotions are getting the best of me today.  I know you will understand. :)

I grew up in Cincinnati, traveled all around, stepdad was in the military, Lived overseas for awhile, where I met my husband who was in the navy. We have been married for 6 years and we live in Kansas.
We have been TTC for 7 months now, I had a m/c in August and found this site while trying to find answers to WHY it happened to me. Thank goodness I found allof you, The day I found this site and talked to some of you I felt better, I knew I wasn't alone. Thank you, all of you!!
I just finished my cycle of clomid last week so now we are just waiting to see if I "O"!! How frustrating!! I can't wait. We are hoping for a little boy this time around, but we really don't care too much, Girls are fun.

Real name is Andrea Jones (huge improvement from my maiden name of Mallmann,lol) It does however prevent me from using my fav girl name as a first name. I could not put my daughter through the teasing because I named her Grace Jones,lol. So we will instead go for Isabella (Bella) Grace if we are blessed with a girl.

I just turned 25 July 31st, dh (John) will be 27 on Oct 18th and our son Jonathan will be 2 Dec 7th. I am due on May 19th 2004 (knock on wood)

I live in Bremerton, WA which is directly across the Puget Sound from Seattle. I am virtually surrounded by Naval bases. This area is home to many ships deployed to Iraq so there is a huge amount of community support over here for our troops.

I was a military wife for a short time as John was in the USAF stationed in Spokane (my hometown, where we met) while i lived in Houston. So i totally sympathized with the military wives here!

I just returned to school and am working on my degree in Early Childhood Education. Though I do not have any plans to use the degree when I am finished, but it is nice to collect them (I have an AAS in Nursing and almost a BA in psychology) As you can see, I have spent a lot of time in school (5 years thus far)

Anyway, it is nice to see so many of you posting on this thread. I think it is great to hear how helpful this site is to everyone. I bless the day I came across it in June. I was so worried about my pg, but luckily i found a great source of support to help get me through that loss.

We started ttc again in July...didn't work, August....didn't work....September......I better be this time or I'm gonna scream out loud, really, I think I'll literally scream LOUD, I might even yell out a few profanities.  Can you tell I'm delirious over this whole thing?

I think I win the prize for the oldest!  I'm 45, married for 27yrs this Feb.  We have 2 sons, ages 26 and 21.  I am 5 weeks, due date May 26th.  We are ECSTATIC!  I am just sooooo nervous.  8 years ago I had an ectopic and 7 years ago a blighted ovum.  My HCG levels had doubled last week when they did 2 blood test 48 hours apart. But, I went for more blood work Monday and have not gotten the results yet and yesterday my right side was hurting when I moved.  I hope I'm just paranoid and everything will be fine. God bless all of you, and those who have suffered miscarriages and trouble TTC, don't give up.  If this 45 year old can have such a miracle with no fertility treatments, there's hope for you younger girls!

I went for my appt. to hear the heartbeat and it wasn't there.
I should have been 11and1/2 wks. but the u/s showed it stoped growing at 9 wks. and I still have not passed it.Off to the doc's today. (it's kinda funny cuz I wasn't sure about having a 2nd. child and now I want one more that ever)Don't get me wrong I am having a hard time with this and just want to get it all over with but now the urgh for a child is stronger.Well that which dosn't kill us makes us stronger,right?!
Right now I am praying that my body will take care of this and that I won't have to go through a d&c surgery.
On a much brighter note I have a bright, wonderful, beautiful 4 yr.old daughter from my first pg that went great with no prob.Her name is Jaycee.I'm not married but I am with her father and we have been together for 5yrs. or so. We were going to try to hurry up and get married before this next one came along but I guess I have more time to plan that now.My edd for this one would have been 4/13/04.
Anyway this is a great site. You feel so alone going through this kind of thing,there really isn't alot of info on m/c out there. This has been a great help. even though I haven't interacted with anyone on a one on one you all have been a great help just in knowing that I am not alone in this.I will be back again and I hope that I may be of help to another.THANK-YOU ALL

Hi everyone!! My name is Hope Cochran, I am 31 and i live close to Birmingham, Alabama. I have had 5 m/c's, all ended before 12 weeks except my son, he lived to 19 weeks. His name was Elijah and I miss him very much. I just lost another baby 3 weeks ago at 6 weeks.  so now my doc. is doing tests and had an MRI today to check on a uterine abnormality that i have. MY doc seems to think he can fix it.  Then when all my bases are covered, iwill start ttc again, in hopes for little girl to love.
