I used a warm mist humidifier by the bed at night - saline nasal drops and saline nasal washes - all drug free - I also would rub a little Vicks under my nose before I went to bed and use a nasal strip if I was really stuffed up - again, all drug free and all work really well!

Thanks Reno...I have to be on so many medications anyway if I can find one thing to go natural on that just great.  I'll invest in a humidifier today, never tried nasal sprays but I'm open for new things.

Aw, it sucks, I was so sick last winter with Cam and lost my voice.  I was told Robitussin for a few days to get comfortable or Sudafed for the stuffiness, just so I wasn't miserable.  I work in a pharmacy though and my coworkers thought the Sudafed was not the best to take when pregnant.  I was told with my first son absolutely no and now they are beginning to allow it more and more.  I took nothing and drank lots of fluids and got more rest.  I would call up to the new office and explain the situation if you are really miserable.  Honestly, I would not take anything without the Dr. okaying it since you are high risk.  Hope you feel better soon.
