Am I miscarrying?

I have just found out that I am pregnant and I am experiencing very bad back pains and severe cramping and dull ache pains in my lower abomens and my stomach though I am not bleeding. Am I miscarrying?

The only advise i can give you is get ur doc or midwife to book you a scan asap. How far along are you. severe cramping and lower abdomen pains dont sound too promising. I had miscariage 8 weeks ago and i had severe cramping and abdomen pains. But i didnt bleed till 2 days after. It sounds like a missed miscariage. This is whe you have cramping but to see (blood). I hope everything is ok. Good luck.
