Amenorrhea Primer - Hypoplasia / Agenesis

Hi,
I am 27yrs old and happily married :)
I was diagnosed with Amenorrhea Primer and after i went for hormone test and pelvic MRI - my doctor discovered that i am either Hypoplasia or Agenesis of ovary and uterus. My heart stopped. I suddenly couldn't breath and i feel like my whole world cracked and come tumbling down. I really want to have my own baby.
Is there any test i can do to confirm whether i am hypoplasia or agenesis. I have all the normal female secondary sexual characteristics.
Please help me.
