Anyone have high 1h glucose and still pass 3h test?

Just curious if anyone had a high 1h glucose test but still passed the 3h test?  What was your 1h level?  Mine was 174 so I am a little nervous since it was not exactly borderline.  THANKS!

Hi.  I failed my 1hr glucose test a few weeks ago 160 and passed the three hour easy.  Don't worry too much.  Alot of people fail the first test.  Good luck!

I didnt do a 1hr because in my previous pregnancy with my ds I had gestational diabetes at the end. And they just jumped to the 3hr and I failed that, then I took another 3hr about 2 weeks later and passed.

yep,  just had to do that last week...  failed the one hour and numbers where really high,  but passed the 3 hour!  Good luck,  that 3 hour is tough... I won't lie-  but I had to the the same with my first pregnancy too-  and I pass the 3 hour that time too!

i actually failed the one hour with a 205! then i did the 3 hour and did ok. just my fasting # was a little elevated.. i had gd with my  last pregnancy so they're sendining me to the nutritionist just to be on the safe side.. and i'm 6w 2d preg.

I failed the 1 hr with my first baby, but I ate lunch and took the test in the midafternoon.  I was barely off, but had to take the 3 hr anyway.  Passed with flying colors.  Second baby I made sure not to eat before the test and passed just fine.  I did not want to take the 3 hr again, I got really sick from it.  You'll be fine, just follow the instructions and don't sneak ina snack, even if the nurse says it's okay (that's what got me, I may have been fine, but made a poor choice).

i fasted for the 1hr test and failed it.  it was not boarderline.  i passed the 3hr test.  my doctor told me to eat a king size snickers bar 2-3 days prior to the 3hr test so my body would be used to getting rid of the sugar.

My doctor told me that about 70% of people that fail the 1 hour pass the 3 hour. It happens alot. I failed the 1 hour every pregnancy and passed the 3 hour on all but my last pregnancy. I guess I am getting too old.
