Boy or Girl???

I'm due on Aug 14 and wecurrently have a 4 year old boy. We are hoping for a girl this time but my husbands family is all boys and no girls. I recently had an ultrasound at 17 weeks and I noticed these three white dots near the bottom of the baby, I was looking at the baby from the side they showed up two white dots on top and one below. I was wondering could this mean I might be having a girl?

If the tech didn't say anything, its still too eairly to tell.  Most people don't findout untill closer to week 20 or later.
