Could i be pregnant?

Ok so lately i have been experiencing a lot of different things with my body, I am 18 and have never been pregnant. I recently started having pain above my vagina it started about two days ago, and when i went too the bathroom i noticed a light pink discharge. Also, i have been super hungry, as if i havent ate in days. Im not a morning person, so i usually dont really eat in the mornings, but this morning i woke up at 7:00, starving!!!! Also i have been having a really stuffy nose. Could these be signs of pregnancy?

Signs of early pregnancy are very unreliable. Most of them mimic pre-period symptoms. The only advice I can give you is that if your period is late, then to take a test.
