Discharge after Membran Sweep

How much discharge is normal after a membrane sweep? Every time I use the bathroom there's usually some discharge (not green, usually clear, yellow, pink and/or brown in shading). I don't believe I've had any contractions, had my membrane sweep about 48 hours ago while I was 3-4 cm dilated. I do have som cramping from time to time and discomfort but nothing painful really. This is my first pregnancy, so I don't know what to expect. Her head seems to be moving more than before the membrane sweep causing discomfort in my groin area, other than that everything seems to be the same. I'm getting induced on Monday. The doctor said to come to the hospital if I feel less movement than usual, my water breaks or any contractions at all (since I'm already about 4cm), is there anything else I should be looking out for as a sign to go to labor/delivery?
