They feel exactly like you think a tiny baby's hiccups would be.  Just little rythmic ticks inside your belly.

like a rhythmic tapping feeling.  my ds used to get them constantly, haven't felt them yet with this pregnancy.

Like a tic in your eye, except it takes up about half of your lower stomach.

I experienced the fetal hiccups being very low, and to one side or the other...very cute.

Like a heart beat but in a much slower rhythm. I .ightly pat on the tummy when I feel it, and it gets better soon.My Dh feels very upset that why should they get it, and wouldn't it be disturbing for them!!!

Never felt them for some reason.  Strange b/c my baby (now 9 weeks) has them all the time, almost after each feeding!

The get hiccups because they are practicing swallowing, and the swallowing mechanism is so new that it is imperfect at this point.  Tell your dh that if the baby doesn't learn this one by the time it is born, it will have more problems than just hiccups, (LOL).

I lost my baby due to cord compression, a double loop on her neck.

Frecuent 2 to 4  times a day hicups could be a sign od compression on the umbilical cord if i were you i would request an ultrasound to check the umbilical position.
