Fireworks

Fireworks

I was thinking about this last night as I was watching the fireworks for the 4th of July...I thought, "aww, next year I will have a little baby to enjoy these with"  By the way I am about 7 weeks along, so my due date is Feb 17th.  So by July next year I will have a 4 or 5 month old.  Would the baby be excited about fireworks, or scared?  I am not sure because of its age at the time... I know I have a while to think about it, but I wanted to ask before i forgot.  Let me know what you all think!  :D

Awww last year at this time I was 7 months pregnant and thought the same EXACT thing!! and yep, last night I cuddled my 9 month old baby boy in his red white and blue fourth of July outfit and watched the fireworks!! At his age, he was pointing at them and making an "o" with his mouth. He liked them, and wasn't afraid at all. He just looked like he was thinking, "What the heck is that?" lol

I am thinking back to when he was 4 or 5 months, and I don't think he would have had much interest at that age. They are still pretty unobservant of things that are as far away as fireworks are. I don't think he would have been scared, just not interested.
Congrats on your pregnancy!! I miss being pregnant! :)
