Helping implantation
Anyone heard of using a heating pad to help implantation?
I have read of doing this, but wondering if it really helps.

I never heard that... but if it works, I would try anything!!!  I would even stand on my head for a week to help implantation...haha!!... I didn't think heat was good.... I heard taking hot baths are to be avoided....

I don't think a heating pad would be good, as they tell you not to let your body get heated to beyond 102 degrees in early pregnancy, and who knows how hot you might get locally under a heating pad.

YES!  I used a heating pad on LOW after ovulation,  they say it creates a good enviornment for the egg to implant and I also drank pinapple juice and got pregnant that same month!  Good luck.
