I am spotting...any idea? please

I am 7wks 4dys pregnant. i did post messages before about me having a small subchorionic bleeding showed on u/s. I didn't spot or bleed, but, last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped noticed some brownish pinkish blood with muces(sorry TMI), it scared my alot. My ob said two days a go that I have a raw cervix, do you think I had spotting bcz of that,especially I am constipated, or bcz she did pap the day before the spotting happend? I am so worried. Plz any idea.

i believe that having the pap smear can cause some bleeding-- i would call your doctor and check though--they might wan to see you.  but also, if it is brownish, it can be old blood and some do bleed in the beginning of the pregnancy.  I am sure you are ok--but call your doc

Between having the pap, and a diagnosed subchorionic hemmorhage, your spotting is explained.  It is one or the other.  I wouldn't be concerned.

I would not worry to much especially after having a pap, that is quite normal.

I agree, the pap caused me to spot as well. I was also spotting from week six to about week 9. So far everything is fine and Im week 11. Try not to worry too much (I know easier said than done) .

Sounds like it could likely be from the pap or even if u had a transvaginal u/s which could irritate the cervix too.
