Implantation Bleeding or Very Early Period

I started on Clomid 100mg on 5/1 for 5 days. I'm now on cycle day 20 and due to take HCG blood test tomorrow. I had brown discharge on cd 18 & 19 then it turned red cd 20. AF is always 28 days. Could this be implantation bleeding or a very early period?

Before I took my test I had some spotting only when I wiped and it was redish brown that was for about 3 days I thought for sure AF was coming and then I realized I had some symptoms like my temp never dropped after ovulation and so I tested BFP I wasnt even late.
