MAYBE PG OR WHAT?

HI LADIES JUST HAD A QUICK QUESTION..I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE MY PERIOD ON Feb 26TH AND NOTHING YET I DO HAVE LIGHT CRAMPING AND A LIL CRAMPING BUT NOTHING MAJOR.I TOOK A PG TEST TODAY AND NEG..IS IT PROB STILL TO EARLY OR WHAT? ANY ADVIE IS APPRECIATED THANX AMANDA

hi!!  A lot of women get there BFP the day before there period but everyone is different.  Im 10w2d pregnant and the week of my period i had a blood test done on the 8th of jan and it was negative.  But on the 10 it was positive and my period was supposed to come on the 11th.  There are a lot of women who test negative way past the time there period was expected then it just pops up positive.  Hang in there.  With me i had a feeling.  i had took ovulation test after i knew i ovulated.  In that tww and right after i ovulated it was negative.  Then a week later a little before my period was due they were positive.  Odd huh.  But i wouldnt recommend using that as a pregnancy test!!LOL  It was all fun as i heard that they tend to be positive in pregnancy.  Dont know the truth behind that but i was willing to try it.  Sure enough i was pregnant!!LOL  Good luck hun!!lol

If it was me, I would not be pregnant.  I have tested early on several occassions, and taken one hundred hpt's.  With 4 pregnancies, and a lot of negatives, I have never had an unreliable result.  I use First Response.

THANX FOR THE ADVICE..YES I WAS PG B.4 HAD MC IN SEPT..AND I DIDNT GET A POSITIVE TIL ABOUT 1 WEEK AFTER MISSED PERIOD..AND TODAY WOULD BE MY 2ND DAY LATE.SO I FEEL A LIL PG BUT IT COULD ALSO BE MY MIND YOU KNOW,THINKING IM PG.I GO FOR A FOLLOW UP ON mARCH 8 SO IF I DONT START I WILL BE SURE TO GET A BLOOD TEST FROM THE DOC.. tHANX FOR THE ADVICE.

I used a no name brand basically was 2 for 9.99 to my surprise liek a week and a half or 2 weeks after my period was due that I had 2 lines lol...This was on jan 4th, my AF was due dec 25th and i tested dec 28th=negative;january 2nd=negative and jan 4th and 5th were both positive. I got home from buying the tests-something had told me-gut feeling and of cours ei got home and had to take one-it was soooo slow and i was like okay negative when i looked a minute later the line was there and there was no denying it-in the am first urine i took the second test and it was positive as well-saw a doc that night and it was confirmed-am 13 weeks 5 days along:)

With my miscarriage in October I got a bfp 5 days before my missed period with a first response but with this pregnancy I tested negative the day before and the day AF was due. I used to Target brand then. I tested again the day after and got  faint + with the Target brand, I thought it was my eyes because it was so faint so I waited a day and tested with another Target test (I had lots of them) and got another faint + so I went out and bought a CBE digital and got a "pregnant" right away. So it could be to early. Also, I didn't like the Target brand, my positives were so faint. Good luck and baby dust!!!!

thanx you guys..so it could be im still a lil early to test right? b.c i am hoping to be pg again..i will try next week and i will ask dr, for a blood test also on march 8th..right the target brand i dont like that was the first time i tried them from target i will get the better one next week Thanx again

I USED A TARGET BRAND I DIDNT USE A NAMED BRAND MAYBE THAT IS Y OR SOMETHING?NOT SURE

I've heard it said the dollar store type HPT's are the better tests and less expensive of course.  For my daughters 2 pregnancies it took till I was 12-18 weeks before I found out I was pregnant.  I had this horrible thing, that every time I got an early test I m/c for some reason or another.  I found out I was pregnant with this baby when I was 5 weeks.  Everyone is different and all our bodies react differently, so it might just be a little longer for yours to be positive, or simply that your AF is being difficult.  Wishing you the best!
