Missed miscarriage?

Missed miscarriage?

I went to the ER when I was 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant,
I didn't know how far along I was but they told me. They said
the baby's heart wasn't beating yet but that it may be too early.

They did an ultrasound and an internal ultrasound.

Then I went back when I was 6 weeks pregnant and the heart
still wasn't beating. So the doctor made me take a blood test to make
sure my levels were going up and she said they we're fine.

Then starting about maybe 2 days ago, my symptoms started going away.
I don't feel as tired, my breasts aren't too sore anymore, I don't feel nausea anymore
nor do I have lower stomach pains. Everything is just gone. Some people are telling
me that everything is fine as long as I am not bleeding but then I discovered missed
miscarriage.

My ob/gyn is horrible. They won't see me and I have to leave a message to the nurse
waiting for them to call me back, which they haven't before when I was concerned.

I don't know what to do. Should I go back to the ER for the third time or what?
I am 7 weeks and 5 days pregnant now. I will be 8 weeks on saturday.

Symptoms of pregnancy come and go, very common. I didnt see my DD's heart beat till week 7 and some days. Don't lose hope yet, might have just been too early.

Like Darkestlight said symptoms come and go. You won't completely loose symptoms unless your body miscarriage the baby. Even with a missed miscarriage because everything is in there you still will get symptoms. I went in at 5w3d because of horrible cramping and they told me they couldn't see anything 5w6d I started bleeding and again I got an ultrasound and they only saw a sac and told me that it was a missed miscarriage. At 6w1d my doctor had me get another ultrasound and there was a baby with a nice little heartbeat. Even a couple of days can make a different in growth.

I've never had any real symptoms in this pregnancy besides peeing a lot and sore breasts.  The breast soreness comes and goes.  I am 15 weeks pregnant and I still don't really have symptoms and I have gotten checked by doctor several times and everything is going great.
don't be alarmed or jump into conclusions unless something goes very wrong.  I was paranoid at first because I didn't have any of the "classic symptoms" like morning sickess and nausea so I thought something was wrong.  But it wasn't everything was going fine.
What you should look for is heavy heavy cramps and bleeding.  If you don't have either then just wait until you are able to see the doctor.  You really shouldn't go to the ER if there isn't anything very serious going on.  Just make an appointment to see your doctor.
Good luck!
