NEED ANY AN ALL HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS AFTER MULTIPLE C-SECTIONS!!!

I have had 4 c- sections in 5 1/2 years. If that wasnt bad enought I not only had the side to side cut but I also had the up and down cut( 2 babies each way)! I have tried to diet, exercise, diet pills you name it (other then tummy tuck) I have tried it and I am still the same weight I was after having my up and down cut. Im so upset because I really DONT know what else to do! Its really hard and I just feel fat and ugly with no end in sight! If ANYONE knows what will help me PLEASE fill me in. I know that a tummy tuck may help but I have 3 kids and dont have the money. Also recovery would be hard as we are a 1 income family and rely on my husbands pay checks! Not to mention that my kids are 4,3,an 2, as you can imagine there's no time for me to be layed up in bed, but Im open to any an all ideas!

I've had 3 c-sections,  all bikini line so I'm not sure I can help you with stomach shape issues,  but the weight shouldn't be dependant on your stomach scarring/muscle tone.

Do you walk everyday?  Brisk walking with a stroller for a mile or so every day should make the weight drop off.

Best wishes.

Hire a personal trainer for a session - they can put you on an appropriate exercise program and help you target problem areas.

To lose weight you need to consume more calories than you take in so you either need to eat less or exercise more (or combination of both) and the weight will start to come off - its simple math when you think about it.

BTW 3500 calories = 1 Ib.  If you were to run 35 miles a week at ~ 10 min/mile pace (= 100 calories/h), you would initially lose about 1 Ib a week if your eating habits remain the same!  So....... weight loss is not easy.
