No Period and not pregnant??

Hi everyone!  I had a still birth in April and have since been trying to get pregnant again.  My periods are not regular but usually AF would appear around 30-34 days.  My last AF was 17 Oct, so that means I am on 37 days now and still no period.  Three days ago there was a little bit of blood, but not even enough for a pad. I did a HPT this morning and it was negative.  I dont have any symptons of pregnancy or that of AF coming.  Do you think I must go to the doctor or maybe just wait another week and see what happens?

Personally I would wait.  Technically you are only 3days past your period being due and the blood you saw could well of been implantation.  I didnt have any symptoms of pregnancy either except I usually get sore boobs and that never went away.  Maybe wait till you are at day 41 or 7days past af arrival.  Fingers crossed!

This may be encouraging...I took a test on the 6th at the clinic negative then a week and a half later still negative...Then I took one this Tuesday and it was positive.  Then I went to the clinic and that was positive as well...You never know. I didnt have intercourse in between either.  I was on the pill and have no clue when I got pregnant.  If I ever missed a pill I waited my 7 days being back on before doing anything.  I was on for 3 months and off for 1 week to get my period and that was 5 weeks ago and still didn't get and finally test showed positive.  Good luck..
