I am currently 7w3days and I am not eating in the last week. It seems like no matter what it is and how much or often I eat I feel like throwing up. I do not throw up I just feel really queasy. So I have not been eating due to feeling this way. Any suggestions?
I experimented with varoius types of Boost nutritional drinks with my second. When they tried reglan in the beginning for my m/s, I still found that eating was tough so I started drinking boost. It worked for a while before my body decided it was going to throw up the reglan, too.

You might also want to scan down and read the post called "Morning sickness is draining me" for a lot of other good remedies and discussion of morning sickness. Good luck!
I felt the same way when I had my morning sickness. I was never hungry and always felt really sick although I only had dry heaves 2 times. I just tried to eat as much as I could, which wasn't always that much. I started drinking Ensure (the weight gain type) and that helped a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys to get some calories into me too. Crackers helped the nausea for me. One thing that really helped me, and this sounds the opposite of what I would usually do when I feel sick, but I would make sure that I always had at least a little food in my stomach. Once those stomach acids start churning, wow, it was over for me, but if I tried to eat even a little it really helped a lot. I think I tried everything and there will be some things that will help, but honestly, I think its just something we have to go through too. Mine lasted from 6 weeks to about 11 or 12 weeks, then got a lot better, and then went away completely by 14 or 15 weeks. Good Luck, I hope you can find something to ease your stomach too.
Sometimes I felt like I was going to waste away, I felt like I wasn't eating much at all through the worst 6 weeks, but I really only lost 2 pounds during that time. Just do your best and take it day by day.
I was where you are and it is not fun. I actually ended up losing about 8 pounds and I think I am just now starting to gain. I worried too, but there's not much you can do. Just find the one food that stays down and eat that. I know that's easier said than done, but eating something is better than starving. I wish I could give you m/s advice, but personally all of the things that were supposed to help (applesauce, crackers, ginger, etc.) did not really work for me. Just hang in there. It will probably pass soon.
Try not to stress too much about how much you eat, just focus on the quality of foods that you put into your body. If you don't feel like eating a lot then eat a little something that's very nutritional. It will pass trust me. Gaining weight and eating more is more important during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Try your best and try snacking all day long with nuts, fruit, veggies, cheese, etc. instead of eating a big meal. You will feel hungry again starting your 2nd trimester.
