Out of control 7 year old

I am in desperate need of some parental help!!!! I am a mother of  3 children, my oldest is 7, my middle child is 6 and our newest is 7 weeks. I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 5 years... obviously not the biological father of my 2 older children. My problem started back 4 years ago with my oldest! My child has never excepted my boyfriend, and the behaviour issues have gotten worse over the past years, not just at home.. but at school too. My child does not have any kind of relationship with the biological father... which in my mind is a blessing, but we are really struggling with this child. We have gotten tests done for ADD when our child was only 4 years old, and there was no sign of that... however is it possible for them to redo that test again, or is it just a waste of our time???We have gotten many allergy tests as well, seen pediatricians, dieticians..etc. My child also has a bad case of asthma... so is medicated quite well for that... but I think we might be missing something else??? I also found out that the biological father was diagnosed as a child to have bipolar dissorder??? what are the warning signs??? I could really use all the input I can get... I really don't know how much longer I can take of this, and it's tearing me and my boyfriend appart. thank you for taking time to read
