Overdose of Testosterone injection

My Son is having a hypospadius surgery in November.. he was mistakenly injected by testosterone injection of 125 mg instead of 25mg.. i am worried about my son he is 6 months old now but he is premature baby.. i don't know what sideeffect he will have due to his injection.. if anybody has any infomation on this please let me know i am very much worried about it

You could contact your pharmacy and see what information they could give you.
Didn't the hospital or clinic that made the error give you any information??

I think there was another woman a year or so ago that posted something similar. You could try to find that post on here. My son had the injections and the surgery to correct hypospadias as well, but got the correct dose of testosterone. Have you contacted the pharmacy? I would definitely do that.
