Google an ovulation calender and it will help you work it out.

The most effective way is to chart your basal body temperature (bbt).  Your BBT rises or "spikes" the day after you ovulate and it stays up until right before you start your period.  Another way is to use Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPK's).  These test for a surge in LH (Luteneizing Hormone)  Your LH surges approx 24 hrs before you ovulate.  Doing  a combiation of the OPK's and BBT charting can help you to really pinpoint when ovulation occurs.  Keep in mind that OPK's tell you that are LIKELY to ovulate within the next 24 hours where as BBT charting tells you that you DEFINATELY have ovulated with in the LAST 24 hours.   You can google both of those to learn more about them.
