Pink Spotting at 9 wks

I am 9 wks pregnant and last night started to spot a light pink and have had a little bit of spotting pink this morning.  I had brown spotting at 6 wks and had a sonogram that confirmed everything was fine and I saw the heartbeat.  I had a yeast infection so my doctor told me to use monostat and I only used it one night and then the next night I had the pink spotting.  Of course it is the weekend so I can't call the doctor until Monday and I have had little cramping.  I guess I just need some reassurence.

last week I spotted and of course it was friday night
I freaked till the releif of calling him on monday
did an u/s tues everything was OK

In other preggs I bled at 9 weeks - and freaked - but they said rest

I still worked but rested took it easy
everything was fine

I suggest you rest till you can call on monday
