Possibly pregnant?

Hi there, my name is Shawna, My husband and i have been TTC for over 6 years now with no luck unfortunatly.
We were pregnant with 6 babies over 2 years ago, but had a miscarrage (miscarriage) (naturally)

I am not 100% sure when my last period was, i am pretty sure it was around the 1st of January, my period is normaly 21-25 days apart and not normally late.

Well about 2 weeks ago i got some really light spotting, pinkish orange. not enough to even wear a liner. it didnt make it to my underwears. sorry if this is TMI but i am grabbin at straws here really.

The spotting continued for 3 days and subsided to quite a bit of creamy/watery cm that was streaaked with brown/pink But still no bleeding. There is STILL slight brown tinges when i wipe mixed in with alot of CM

But like i said, The spotting i got around the time i expected my period was pink, and ONLY when i wiped.

i took 3 pregnancy tests, the first was negative, the second had such a faint line that i wouldnt even consider it a line, the test had to be held in the right light to see the line. the third was also negative.

my breasts/nipples do not hurt at all, i do have slight cramps but nothing major. i have been feeling SUPER irritable for the past 3 days. the smell of some stuff (tutti fruty candy flavoring) has been making me feel super sick.
Throughout the day i feel...somewhat sick. Today it was pretty bad that i almost blacked out (shaky) Food helps this. but it doenst make it go away.
I dont know if this helps at all, but i have been getting ALOT of saliva in my mouth. like i have to swallow every 5 seconds. :S ick
i have found that i need to have a nap in the middle of the day, i never did before.

My husband and i have been using NO protection. i dont kjnow when i ovulate, but we had intercourse quite a bit in january.
His sperm counts are very very low which is why we havent been able to conceive (i was on fertility meds when we got pregnant with 6 babies)



i really dont wanna get my hopes up, but This definatly feels like i could be pregnant. my doctor wont see me for another month.

my periods are generally VERY heavy.

Oh, and i am 23 years old!

ANY information or views would help me! PLEASE. -.- my doctor  wont see  me untill i miss another period.
