Pregnancy after Water Sonogram or Hysterosonogram

Hello everyone again!!! My question is if anyone had a successful pregnancy right after a Water Sonogram also called a Hysterosonogram.  They do it right after your period to check and make sure you don't have any polyps (spelling) or other things that could cause fertility problems and miscarriages.  I am getting one today...on my way.  My doc tells me there are no reasons I should not go ahead and try this month.  In fact I was told that sometimes after this test (even though they aren't checking the fallupion tubes (once again spelling)) that you are "more" fertile because the water flows through the tubes potentially cleaning out any "cob webs" as you might call them.  Although this is not the reason for the test...it is something to look foward to.  Anyway, I am going to trust my doc and continue with my plans to try this month afterwards...but i just wanted to know if any one else did and got prego!?

i had my HSG(dye test) test done to check the blockage of tube on agust 4 months ago but did'nt get preg i m still tring now i m on clomid n on 2 weeks wait i heard from some people it cleanses ur system n there are 20% more chances to get pregnant after this test

I had an HSG after an ectopic and w/n 3 mnths was pregnant with a healthy pregnacy and baby. yes my Dr advised it does clean out everything due to the fluid pushing through your tubes pushing any possible blockages out it also checks for blockages in your tubes that could cause ectopics.

I am a 19 yrs old female. I have had two ectopic pregnancies and am very  tried. My doctor told me that i can and will have the HSG done to check for any blockage and to see how damage is my tubes. I have just got the HSG done on Friday Febuary 1st, 2008. The process of this procedure isn't cool. Its  uncomfortable and painful atfer having it done i then didnt wanted to have children. My Doctor adviced me to Have my Children now other then later because she said their is a possiblity that my tubes will be close in the future(HOPEFULLY NOT) but only god knows why. I do not have any children I"ve Had  only two pregnancies and for my age hopefully i'll become succesfull..........PLease pray for me........... I know i am young but i will love to make and build my own family while i have a chance too......... Im am not the only one alone!!!! LOVE Janet

is this procedure different from saline hysterogram? my doctor has told me to do the saline and I am not sure if I can ttc the same month?
