Prolapsed uterus??

Prolapsed uterus??

I am about a week post partum, child is healthy, healthy pregnancy and all. I am concerned I may have developed a prolapsed uterus or something of the sort. There is a slight bulge inside my vagina which moves if i push on it, I also seem to not really have any feeling on the part i push on. I don't notice any pain really, more concerned than anything. My flow has slowed down a bit but it is still quite red. Any ideas on what it might be or am I just over reacting. Had gone to the doctor and the only thing they said was I had an infection, however I don't think this one was qualified to diagnose a prolapsed uterus since we basically only have general practitioners here. I had been passing a few bigger clots which I brought into the doctor for tissue sampling.
thanks
Marsha

Sorry, I just noticed that it seems to only bulge when I am on the toilet. I guess that could be why the doctor hadn't said anything about it at my appointment. So I don't think it would be a prolapsed uterus although now I am at a loss as to what it could even possibly be.
