Q for ladies who've had diarrhea during pregnancy

I've had diarrhea on and off for over a week and have an appt Mon to get tested. My doctor is concerned that I may have an infection or parasite, so now I am terrified. She was more concerned that I don't get dehydrated, but my fear is whether this diarrhea or what's been causing it can harm my baby? I am 9 weeks along and we saw a healthy hb last week. Still, I am freaking out. Any advice or comfort from pregnant ladies who also battled with diarrhea and won would be wonderful. I am so scared.

when I was 38 weeks I started to get diahrea but I was told that it was probley because I'm getting ready for labor but at 9 weeks you might have a stomach bug not to scare you but just make sure you drink alot of apple juice and water and stuff that will keep you hydrated well good luck and I hope monday everything turns out fine...
