Question about Vitamins

Does anyone know ANYTHING about the Women's One a Day Weight Smart Vitamin?????  I thought about trying this and also wondered if it was ok to take while breastfeeding.  They say it contains EGCG an extract found in Green Tea so I was wondering if it were safe.  I have heart palpatations sometimes too which is why I can't take Metabolife or things like that.  Just wondered if any of you have tried this and if it works.  Thanks ladies.   Feel free to use as an open forum if needed as well.

Just to be on the safe side, I would advise against taking it while nursing. Go with a regular one a day for now until C is weaned. I had to fight that urge while nursing Tristan ; )

Does it undergo FDA testing? Have you researched the ECGC ingredients on the internet to see? It may very well be safe. I will see if I can get ahold of my cousin and she what she says.

I am not sure about the taking it while pregnant part, so you should probably ask your doctor.  However, I did try it a few years ago, not to lose weight but to speed up my metabolism.  I didn't notice a difference.  Plus, it was really hard on my stomach.  I now take Women's One A Day.

I take a liquid vitamin I did take Adult one a day and it also hurt my stomach (red coating)
Check the bottle is there a number to call?
I think anything you take orally will go through the breast milk

I know they say use green tea when trying to lose weight(have a box here un opened --thats doing alot of good eh!)
You have to watch what is in some of these vitamins, pills that aide in weight loss they can increase your heart rate..
My dh swears thats what gave his mom a heart attack she was taking different pills to loose weight...
