Scrotal Hypospadias in Infants

I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this condition.  My son is now 6 months old and he has his  first surgery scheduled for end of November. Although we have one of the best doctors in the world, we are still very worried about everything that's still to come.  Prior to the surgery he will also need to receive 2 doses of testosterone shots.  I am just wondering if there are other parents out there that have been through this similar procedure and that could offer some advice.
