Siphene Pregnancy

I am trying to conceive my 2 nd baby for the last 6 months. I have irregular periods(60 - 70 days circle) and also have pcso.My doctor gave me Metformin Hcl for one month and then Siphene 50 mg twice/day for 5 days along with metformin.I want to know that if I got pregnant is there is any side effects?Normally when will be the ovulation date ,which day.
