Spotting

I'm 41 year old I'm 6 weeks pregnant, this is my thrid pregnancy in 3 years the last two ended in miscarrige.  I'm spotting brown color since last night its not heavy only when I clean my self.  I'm so nerves I have not told my husband yet because I don't want him to worry.

Just need a little support from everyone out there that may me going thru the same thing.

I had three miscarriages also and they did start with a little bit of brown discharge but then it became a pink and then red along with cramping. Are you experiencing any cramping? But on my fourth pregnancy I had no spotting at all throughout the entire pregnancy and had a baby healthy baby girl. But I am 16 weeks pregnant now and right around 5 weeks when I would go to the rest room and wipe there was brown mucus...I just like you got real nervous because that was a sign of my miscarriage in the past and with my daughter I didn't spot at all. So I called the doctor and they told me sometimes around the time your normal period would be you spott brown because the egg is embedded itself into your uterus linning and that it was normal. Well I still didn't feel good about it so I went in and had blood work done and my HCG levels were rising accordingly and then eventually the ultra sound came and everything is going good. So I guess what I am trying to say is that this could be normal and maybe the same thing is happening to you????I know the feeling you are having it's so scary. I think the brown spotting was for about 3 days and then it just went away. It never got pink or red though. With my daughter and this pregnancy I was on progesterone injections twice a week because they think my body wasn't producing enough on it's own and that's why I was miscarry before.....I hope this was helpful.
