Swelling

Why is it that i have what i call "normal" swelling in my left foot and ankle but in the right one, it swells up to at least 2-3x the size of the left one? I am nto experiencing hypertension or any other problems. Should i ask my OB? Any ideas would be great! i will be 25 weeks Wednesday!

I would let your OB know about this, especially that one leg is swelling much more than the other.

Do mention it at your next appointment, but its normal for one side to be more swollen. My left was always bigger. I was so swollen that even flip flops were hard to wear, and I only gained 35 lbs total by the end of my pregnancy. Swelling is caused by water retention... it goes away within a week or two of delivery.
