How far a long are you? Tylenol is your best way to go for the 1st trimester, but call your DR. and see what they suggest too. :)

DO NOT EVER TAKE IBPROFEN WHILE PREGNANT!!!

Tylenol is completely safe, use regular strength, 1 at a time. Tylenol w/ codeine is even safe as I take it now and then for back pain

um actually no pain meds and tylenol isn't good either i'ts bad for you and the baby's liver um iburophen is good um.. u should alwways speak to your doctor first

absolutely....do not take ibuprofen!!!!!!  I am holding my dd in my arms while typing this...I had to be on Tylenol #3's (w/coedine) my entitre pregnancy.  Dr. prescribed, just do not go over daily limit.
