um actually no pain meds and tylenol isn't good either i'ts bad for you and the baby's liver um iburophen is good um.. u should alwways speak to your doctor first

absolutely....do not take ibuprofen!!!!!! I am holding my dd in my arms while typing this...I had to be on Tylenol #3's (w/coedine) my entitre pregnancy. Dr. prescribed, just do not go over daily limit.
Just don't exceed the recommended dosage.

Tylenol is completely safe, use regular strength, 1 at a time. Tylenol w/ codeine is even safe as I take it now and then for back pain
