why is my belly button starting to pop out if i am not prgnant

You're definitely pregnant. A belly button popping out is either due to pregnancy or an hernia. When I 3 months pregant my belly button just popped out out of nowhere.

I just had umbilical hernia surgery and the first sign was a 'popped out' belly button.  It probably occurred during pregnancy but it was there 12 weeks post-partum & that's how it was diagnosed.  Definitely consult a dr about this.
