can i get preganant

i had a tubal 17 yrs ago my doctor said i could get preganant again because he only cut and tied mine..my b/f is very fertile..i havent had my period in a month, is there a possiability??

If your doctor said "I could get pregnant" then you have your answer.

Maybe after you had a tubal reversal. There is no way you can get pregnant while your tubes are cut and tied.

actually...I was told that there is a small chance that I could get pregnant again...even though my tubes are cut, tied and burnt....apparently this is not 100%.....close but not quite!????   My doc said that sometimes, the tubes can reattach on their own...thus allowing sperm and egg to unite!!!  YIKES!!!

Are both your tubes tied? If he only tied the tube that your tubal pregnancy was in you can still get pregnant from the other tube. I just had a tubal pregancy dx in August '08..but i didnt have any surgery done, i got injections to dissolve everything. Im just now trying to get pregnant again since my tubal..i hope all goes well with you...keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
