charting temp

can somebody explain to me how to chart temperature related to ovulation? thanks

once you ovulate you should see a temperature of at least .4 degrees and it need to stay that high for al teast 3 days.  Then you know when you ovulate. Also 18 high temps in a row usually means you are preggo.  Get the book Taking Charge of your Fertility.  It really helped me.

listen, you have to start take your tempurature every day befiore you get up from bed, keep the termometere at your reach before getting up, and then you will notice that at the time of your period and uptill the day you ovulate it will stay the same or mabe a little diffrent, but then when you ovulate, you temp will go higher, so go ahead and do it, and do it like 2 3 times a day in those three four days, and hope you will catch that little been so soon!
