From what I remember the risk to the baby is very very small. If your Dr. says not to worry then I would think everything is fine.
I'm sure your baby is completly healthy. Don't worry. (I know, easier said than done)

It is a dead inert virus.  More dangerous to not be immune than to get the vaccine.

I am 19 weeks and recently was innoculated for hep as I am traveling to the DR to shoot a doc.
