help complications galore

am not sure that you can help me but was hoping maybe you know someone who could.  I myself have been in the administrative and business side of Healthcare for about 11 years but have had minimal success within the last year to get help for myself.  I became pregnant in 2003- most of the pregnancy was normal until the 6th or 7th month- I swelled where nothing could bring the swelling down, I was leaking fluid, had a horrible stench, developed headaches late in the pregnancy, pain, etc- each time they said everything was fine- they had protein and the swelling but the BP was absent but lo and behold the last day they diagnosed me with pre- eclampsia and induced.  I had a very horrible delivery in which I was not co herent for any of it- I was given an induction pill, pitocin, 2 epidurals 3 bolus's which none worked, 2 stadol, magnesium and a spinal for the cesarean the next morning.  According to the doctors the delivery was fine- my husband said the baby was stuck but then they got her out.  I remained in the hospital for 7 more days- I developed what they diagnosed as an infection 4 days postpartum 105 fever swelling, horrible platelet counts, oxygen, etc.  The baby was in the NIC unit for 2 days, low blood sugar, irregular feeding and difficulty breathing apgar scores 7 and 9- she had cyanosis and was very swollen.



I left the hospital with pain medication and antibiotics- when I went back for the postpartum checkup they told me i still had an infection and gave me oral antibiotics- this continued for 2 more visits and on the 3rd one they put me in the hospital and

sorry I just got back on- no not okay yet- I have 2 hernia's my colon left ovary and tube are fused together, I have uterine prolapse, loss of urinary control- fortunately I only have to urinate once daily- but that means something else is going on.  I now have DIC a coagulatory blood condition, nerve damage from my waste down, damage to the right side of tghe brain, gallbladder twice a normal size, high D dimer, c reactive proten sed rate, liver count extremely high cholestoral levels (never was before)  I am thinking I had pre eclampsia so severe my organs started to get affected- my labs show from 3 months prior to delivery low platelets high liver levels, they think i may have had a seizure- I was thinking maybe it turned to HELLP syndrome- what scares me though is doctors wont speak up and I go numb constantly- I can barley get around and take care of the baby- nothings getting better because I havent been treated its only getting worse.  they tested and my motor and cognitive skills were damaged.  I have signs of a stroke off and on chest pain shortness of breath- last time I went in they discharged me with abnormal EKG's- i really think there may be an infection with the blood disorder and there was so much damage done to my organs- does anyone have any ideas? i would live some suggestions or advice- thanks so much
