menstruation after giving birth

hi! I am 34 years old and have 4 kids. My last baby is 10 months now but I just had my first menstruation last month that is 9 months after giving birth. My questions is, is there a possibility that i got pregnant now because I am 2 weeks delayed already or is there a possibility that my menstrual period just adjusted because when I had my pregnancy test, the result is negative.

Even though I was regular from my first period onward after having my daughter, some people are irregular.  If HPT says negative, then I'd say it's coming soon.  It's not uncommon to be irregular.

MY period is still a little off after my son, he's almost 4 months, so it's a little sooner after giving birth for me, but my last period was off and the other 2 were spacedright on time.  It takes some time, I would agree that if hte test is negative and you are 2 weeks late, it's probably just your body.
