You really should try to find public assistance so that you can ensure the health of your child.  You haven't seen a doctor your entire pregnancy?  That's awful and I'm sorry that you're in that situation but you need to make sure your baby is in the best of health.  I hope you are able to find an agency that can assist you with getting the proper healthcare for yourself and your growing baby.

They do not take babies away for being unable to afford health insurance.  Being in a situation like you are does not make you a bad or abusive parent.  I do not know a lot about the US situation, but I am certain there are options and/or agencies that would be able to help you.  It is important you see a Dr. for the well being of your baby as well as your own.  Take care and good luck to you.

The local health dept provides free prenatal care and they take walk-ins, try to find out where your local health dept is plus you can get Medicaid because you are pregnant the health dept and dept of social services will give you all the help you need.  Also I hope you are taking prenatals they are like $5 at Walmart.
