scared please help vagina is not the same!

hello, i had a baby 6 months ago she weighed a healthy 8lbs 6oz i had forcepts to deliver her and also had an eptosimy. I have felt inside my vagina it it feels so horrible and weird, its not the same atall, there is something hard sticking out and then in the middle it appears there is something soft hanging down nothing is actually hanging out my vagina though from the outside it looks normal all the differences are inside. Im very frightend that this is something bad im to scared to go to my doctor im 19 years old and dont have a boyfriend im very worried if i ever try to have intercouse again it will hurt. Is this normal does anybody no anything about this? Please helpme im so scared. Amy

I think if you are scared, worried and frightened, you really need to be checked over by a doctor.  There is no way to tell if it is serious or not unless you do.  Good luck, hon.

did u have your 6week check up after ur baby was born? did they see anything at the time? i also had a large baby (9pounds 7&1/2oz) i had a 4degree tare after an eptosimy. the only difference i ever noticed was the skin between your vigina (vagina) and bottom is much smaller. it did hurt but that could be because i was in so much pain after i had her. and my husband never noticed anything different. but as annie pointed out if you are that worried go to your dr.

I know what you mean. I notice the difference too.  I have 4 kids and this changes happened to me with my 3 child.  I was very embarrased but at the end I ask another mom whom replied she also notice that. It seems to be as part of the vagina's wall came down.  What I notice is right at the entrance of the vagina. I can feel it when I washed my self.  It does hang out or anything like that but it does feels different.  Maybe it is more normal than we think and women dont like to talk openly about it?

It sounds like you have a fallen bladder. It goes through 4 stages. Look it up on the Internet and go see a GYN.
