sharp stabbing pain in lower left side 26 weeks?

Hi yesterday I had a very sharp pain in my lower left side. It felt like someone was trying to rip my ovary out it lasted for about 2 min. this has happened once before about 2 weeks ago. someone told me it was my uterus stretching but it hurt really bad and I was almost in tears. has anyone had anything like this? I just had a doc appt on tuesday and we did an u/s doc said everything is fine. Baby is still moving fine should I be worried?

Your lower left side is where your colon is as well.  I had some pains there earlier in pregnancy and my doctor thought it was just bowel related.  Did you have gas or are your constipated?  

I would say as long as your baby is still as active as before and you aren't in pain anymore you are fine.  We get all kinds of weird aches and pains and I think as long as they don't last for too long it isn't a big deal.

I have also been having a sharp pain in my left side. I don't know how far I am I just know that I am really early. I m/c 4 weeks ago and I am pregnant again. I am truly scared of having another m/c. I've prayed about this and have an appointment in a few days. I went to the ER and they did an ultrasound, They didn't even believe I was pregnant until my results cam from the ER. I heard one on the nurses saying that I my have m/c through my bowels. I have never heard of such a thing. Has anyone else. I'm not bleeding or anything just those sharp pains in my side and now it seems like it's going down my left leg. Please' if anyone has gone through this before talk to me about this
