You all need to see this.  I do not think Americans are stupid.  Some just are very nieve and unaware.

Too many people soon forget what truely happened on 9/11 and even politicians may not forget but would rather no bring it up.  They are too busy worrying about how much money to spend and too little on what could happen again.  No matter who is President and what the economy is going through we still need to be on top of the threats that still face us today and always.

We actually had a tea party here in Harrisburg, PA at the Capitol building about 2 - 3 weeks ago.  I did  not get to attend but they said there was a huge turnout.

I wish more people would follow the 9 principles and 12 values and maybe this country could finally unite again.  I feel that this loss of values has caused this country to lose it's core meaning.

We must all pray each and every day for this country.  Pray will help.

I am a 9-12er, and I really think Glenn Beck is terrific, I never miss him and I get his e-mail letter daily. Sure he will not always be right, but, his heart sure is in the right place, and to me, he is honest, and tells it like it is, he hides nothing and I respect that about him.

His 9 Principles and 12 values are what America desperately needs again. He said on one show that the 9-12 also stood for how we, as Americans, united together the day after 9/11, we truly acted as "one" We need that again.

Are any of you having any tea-parties in your area? I will be going to one in Yakima on the 15th.

Not everybody agrees with Glenn Beck.  He is NOT a journalist - many people seem to think he is - but he is only a talk show host and radio show host.  He has many different opinions on many subjects.  If you listened to his tv or radio show every day then you would know that very often his comments are made with 'sarcasm.'  Many people take him literally when things are said and if you only listen to him occasionally you would not know what he is really saying.  If you haven't noticed he is the only one who has given Ron Paul and even Bob Barr any air time!  Because he believes everyones opinion matters!  He might not agree with everyone and he will voice his opinions (a right we all have).  Glenn Beck tends to lean toward being a libertarian, but even he states that he also has some differing opinions than they do.  But, the bottom line is he believes we need to be UNITED!!!!  I agree with him.  I watched his show about the 912 project and it was just fabulous and inspiring!

I don't agree with everything he says, but I agree with Melissa, he is a true PATRIOT!

As for the comment about his drug/alchohol abuse - so what?  He admits it and has made his amends for that and so why would anyone want to judge that now?  It makes no sense!  It just goes to show he's normal just like any one of us!  As for him not serving his country, I seem to recall him mentioning that he tried to enlist but due to health reasons they would not allow him to serve!  I could be wrong about that, but I seem to remember hearing that.

I guess my reasons for posting this is that why can't we just once have something positive to agree upon rather than bringing up something we perceive as a negative?  Stand United!  Is that so difficult to do!!!!???

With permission I am posting this letter to Glenn Beck from a Marine in response to Beck’s conspiratorial tirade against Dr. Paul which aired on the November 12th segment of his show. David Horowitz also chimes in with some pretty outrageous and wacky stuff that needs addressing.

Dear Mr. Beck,

The image you have so carelessly planted in the minds of your viewers, that regular, honest, hardworking American supporters of Dr. Ron Paul are a bunch of ‘terrorists’, is not only inaccurate, but grossly negligent, sir! I take extreme umbrage with your assertions. I am a former Marine, decorated with a Good Conduct Medal, a Navy Unit Commendation, and an Overseas Deployment ribbon for my service to these United States from 1982 to 1986. Seeing as we are both forty-three I think it’s safe to say that while I was serving my country, you were much more busy becoming a drug addict and practicing to become an alcoholic, correct?

I love the 9/12 project.  Many people may not agree with Glenn Beck on some of his issues and religion, but he is definitely a PATRIOT.  He truely loves this country and wants everyone to come together as we should.

Sorry if my spelling and syntax are not correct.  I did not realize my english teacher was watching.

I'll never forget that day either!  It was horrific!  I remember just sitting at work with my boss watching the television and just crying!  I lived in Pennsylvania then and we knew many people who were in those buildings!  It seemed everyone I knew someone.  It was so horrible and I felt like a walking zombie for days afterwards.

We had visited Washington D.C. and saw the hole in the side of the pentagon and my heart just sunk!  My aunt said that when she visited ground zero she just felt so sad and couldn't help but cry.

I watched the movie with Nicholas Cage about it and it was sad and made me cry too!

I wish we could all remember how we were the day after 911 on 9/12 and how we united and started to respect each other and hold tight to our loved ones and make peace with the people around us.  We were so united and really cared about each other.  There's a website created by Glenn Beck about that and I can't remember the name but it's something like being like were were on 9/12.  If I find the link, I'll post it!

Melissa, that is indeed sad. Right after 9/11 it seemed like Americans really pulled together and I saw a patriotism unlike anything I had ever seen but it was short lived. I know they've talked about making it a national holiday but some people objected. It's not something to celebrate but to reflect on and remember. I think we need to be talking to our kids about it, too. A lot of these teenagers today don't remember it because they were so young when it happened.
I hope to God I don't live through another attack like that. I will never forget that day.

Yes I know. Living in New York City I well remember when it happenned. And friends who were down at Ground Zero who did make it out. And who knew people that didn't. If history is forgotten it will repeat itself.

Okay, that was rather shocking...seriously "When did the 9/11 attacks take place?"
I think people just don't pay attention and use common sense...too busy with other things to actually stop and think!!
