i have a really foul smell in my vagina ive had all test and nothing wrong.....i havent had a period for over a year and thats wen the smell started think i,m on the change ...ive tried everything and creams and gel but nothing takes it away
try replens if your dr has ruled out an infection. odor can be attributed to vaginal dryness
Usually a foul smell coming from the vagina would indicate a bacterial infection that would need treated with antibiotics. You need to see a doctor again.
