by Lindaaa, Jun 23, 2009 05:42PM
Hi Everyone out there. I'm new to this website. Does anyone know of some really good natural alternatives to HRT.
I'm having bad depression, can't sleep, anxiety, hot flashes, night sweats, cold feet, memory lost.
Please help, thank you

Hi Linda!

I would highly recommend that you try Wisdom Menopause Formula. I was suffering from many of the same symptoms you mention after coming off of HRT, and I can tell you from personal experience that it really does work!

For me it took care of  the hot flashes and night sweats very quickly, and within a month or so I noticed that my mood swings, anxiety and stress levels were much better. My overall sense of well-being has made a huge improvement as well, and I’m able to actually get some sleep instead of lying awake for hours, driving myself crazy with worry over stupid, insignificant things that I knew would amount to nothing.

I have recommended it to a lot of friends and family, and I personally know of six women who are taking it now, and so far I’ve heard nothing but praise. It’s a liquid - it looks like water and has kind of an herbal taste, but not bad. There are a lot of herbal menopause products out there, but if you want something that really makes difference, I’d really suggest that you give Wisdom a try.

Take care!

Lisa

I would recommend looking into Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy... it's where you get your hormones tested via a saliva test and based on the results, a compounding pharmacy makes up a specific cream to balance the hormones you're low in.  Suzanne Somers has a really good book called "Ageless" that tells all about it... and lists doctors who do the therapy that you can go to.  I'm pursuing this right now...and I can't wait to start it!  The hormones are all made from plants, have been studied scientifically, and followed, and not found to have any side effects... I looked into it thoroughly.  Also, go to Dr. Brownstein's website from Detroit Michigan for a short video interview telling about it more.
