Am I still able to father a child with only 1 functioning testes?

I lost one of my left testes to a ritualist when I was a small boy a very long time ago, and that left testes is no longer growing in it's size but my right testes is o.k. and is developing and growing in it's normal size and I do have wet dreams sometimes in the night and I also do ejaculate sperms anytime I feel like. So guys my question now is for me having one right functioning testes can I now use it to impregnate a woman and will get pregnant please guys i really need your help because I am confused.

As long as your sperm is ok and your men can swim then there should beno problem, lots of men with one teste have fathered kids and all healthy.
Go for it.
